Default 9V AC power supply odd behavior

hello everybody, new to the board!

i've got a prob with this tranny:

model: Block VCM 36/2/9

specs: 36VA, 230V pri, 2x0-9V sec

link: www.block-trafo.de/index.php?id=88&L=1

i'm using a secondary to feed a midi footcontroller Rocktron All
Access, link he www.rocktron.com/products/access.html

as soon as i do this, the display of the footcontroller is
"floating"...
this happens with this tranny only, no matter if i have something
conencted to the other secondary or not

no other conponents are used, only tranny--footcontroller

could anybody point me in the rigth direction to solve the problem?

thanks a lot in advance,

D.
