Default Low Current Opto Coupler?

Are there any low current OptoCouplers rated (reliably) at somewhere
around 10-25uA, at 70ºC ?

Slo-o-o-o-ow is OK, status indicator only.

G-Job, but you'll like it ;-)

I love to cook with wine. Sometimes I even put it in the food.

6N139 seems to work down to an If of 10ua. At an If = .05ma, Io= 0.15ma
, But the CTR is near zero at that point.

Cheers

OPIA411DTU is guaranteed 70% CTR at 50uA-- you could extrapolate for a
G-job. It's a Darlington, so it will be guaranteed to be slow.

You'll need to maybe double the input current from 25°C values for
temperature + aging.
