Default Need a quick and dirty circuit

Hi,

I found a schematic for S-Video to Composite,
and it works fine, but, I want to split up the
Composite into S-Video. Is it possible, and if
so, what do I need to make it happen?

Thanks,

Bill Garber from GS-Electronics
