** Follow up to the MJ21194 pics:

This is the earlier generation MJ15024, with twin emitter bond wires (not
amenable to flat pack use).

MJ15024/5 devices sold since about 1995 have the new chip design, as do the
flat pack versions.

The ON Semi data sheets are quite misleading on this point.
