New pictures on the NEMES web site ( www.neme-s.org ) are pictures
from Rollie Gauchers open house, the Yankee Steam Up at the New
England Wireless and Steam Museum and the CT Antique Machinery Show.

Thanks for the links, Errol - I noticed that this is also a
*wireless* museum - are there many vintage radio items on
display also?

Thanks - Jim

Jim:

I should have included a link to the museum on the web page.

http://users.ids.net/~newsm/Wireless/Massie/massie.html

Takes you to the page about the wireliss part of the musuem. I you
are thinking of making a trip to visit them I think that a call ahead
would be a good idea. It is a small operation and I don't have any
idea of what their hours are so a call to Bob Merriam, the Director,
would be a good idea.

The items on display in the Wireless building are fasinating but since
I have about zero knowledge of radio "stuff" I can't describe it for
you. I had thought that I had some pictures from previous Steam Ups
on the NEMES web site but maybe in the switch over from our old web
hosting service to the new they got lost in the shuffle. I will look
and see if they are still on my hard drvie. If they are I will repost
them on the web site and let you know about it.
