American middle and high school students everywhere should be required to
watch videotape of the poor people stranded by Hurricane Katrina. Teachers
should point out that many U.S. citizens without the financial means to
get out of New Orleans wound up floating face down in the water or, at the

George Wallace. Let's paint O'Reilly in blackface, strip him of his dollars
and his identity, and see how he fares when dropped off in a flooded ghetto.
