Got my linear bearings from MSC--goodgawd--
basically *thin bronze bushings* in a fancy anodized aluminum shell!!
No balls, so to speak.... 3/8" id, 5/8" OD.
Should still work, but my question is, Am I any better off w/ these $31
"linears" than I woulda been w/ $1 oil-lite bushings???

Proly cain't afford real ball-bearing linears, which is what I thought I
would be getting......
