I say it is time to implement the Liberals apparent desired solution:
"nationalize" Louisiana. Just flat take over the state, replace the
various elected officials with appointees made by the left's current
revered strong man (George Bush. According to the left, in addition to
being able to direct weather systems, he can manage New Orleans better than
the current mayor, all while riding a bicycle and playing the accordion.),
and make the sun shine all the time , and cause the buses to run on time,
and the rains to only fall on Mondays.

Interesting, the ones who seem most vocal about having the President
doing the job of local elected officials seems to be of the party out of
power. Think there might be a connection?
