No. There's no sense to donating anything for New Orleans now - not
when even its police are facilitating looting and not when its police
and the Guard can't even maintain order at the Superdome refugee camp
(to the point that at least six women have been raped there)! Sending
stuff there under current - or likely soon - circumstances will just
get it looted.
