You might be surprised. COD terms are not uncommon in independent
station operations.

Think Costco or
Walmart pay up front?


I don't know the details, but depending on how they buy, they may
very well be paying up front



With oil as volatile as it is now (pardon the pun), I'm surprised
any of the volume distributors would extend credit anymore.
