What a difference! Lowe's sales people actually help you find things
unlike HD's who run for the nearest exit when they see a customer
start to approach them. I have noticed HD's people changing a little
lately and hopefully it's in response to people being fed up with
their attitudes now that they have a choice.

That is the pattern for both stores when they first open a new location. Wait
several months and compare them again.
