I need to be able to put 1-1/4" through the spindle. That knocks out
the Atlas and most of the small South Bends.

Does anyone know if any of the 9" South Bends had 1-3/8" spindles?

What you are wanting is an old Ramco second ops lathe, or even a
Hardinge HSL.
