You can't! Any URL can be redirected from any server.
Services like notlong.com, snipurl.com, littlelink.com, etc.,
are simply redirection services, so you *know* you are being
redirected by examining the URL. But even an innocuous URL can be
hijacked or redirected, and it is this type which is most insidious.
