died of lung cancer -- judged to be due to radon in their home. Rural
North Dakota farmers who didn't smoke.

I understand you can't hear Tomahawk Cruise missiles coming,
either, but I believe they exist :-)

BTW - you never hear the bullet that kills you. The sound
gets there after you meet Jesus.
