There are numerous examples.

"Benefits of the GX Heat Bank Unit" is an obvious one. It describes
an experiment whereby various volumes of water were drawn off and
recovery times measured. It doesn't state the temperature of the
cold water, therefore the data is meaningless.

Did you contact them and find out?
