That sounds good to me...but will the moisture under the plywood create
serious problems like a potentially dangerous mold problem under the
floor.

Any comments on this approach would be apprectiated.

I have same situation but hopefully it will be fixed when my drain tile
pipes are sloped downward as opposed to upward...

The suggestion given to me was get a fan and a heater and dry up the
water. And if I was able to get it dry, paint the floor with a sealer.
