Just had a Howdens kitchen delivered yesterday and yes, they are trade only.
My builder is also a mate so he isn't putting a markup on but when we went
to choose a kitchen, Howdens wouldn't tell us how much things were because
we weren't the customer - the builder is their customer and we are the
builders customers.
