Right. The main "expenditure" in exterior painting is prep and application -
not the paint itself.
Yeah but it's so easy to give *that* type of reply when the question
deals with quality. And while there's probably nothing in the world
that *that* can't be said about, it's not always true. Hey it's usenet
advice, "you get what you pay for"...
