I have writen the CPSC asking the responsibilities of all parties in
getting furnances and flues replaced. Even CC'd Goodman. Funny
Goodman still hasn't called me.

I'm guessing with documentation from CPSC, and no contacts from
Goodman, I will be moving towards small claims court. Anyone know if
court expenses can be added to the damages, as well as punitive
damages for there implied proceedure of delaying the repairs till a
homeowner has to take legal action?
