couple items, it does say condition "used"

Ebay is commercial. 'Free to collector' or something for the
cost of a pint seem fine whilst their volume is very low,
but this newsgroup has no business being an Ebay advertising
forum, which would completely kill it. Likewise any other
auction forum.

I did check his history first mate, half a dozen ads in the last month to
groups with no ads charters, mind you the adspeak subject line is a bit of
a give away . . .
