I think this comes under the heading of a private person selling a
couple items, it does say condition "used"

IMNVHO, this is acceptable

Ebay is commercial. 'Free to collector' or something for the
cost of a pint seem fine whilst their volume is very low,
but this newsgroup has no business being an Ebay advertising
forum, which would completely kill it. Likewise any other
auction forum.

Actually, I would like to see this in the FAQ.
