Might be worth providing separate smoothing/decoupling for each one anyway.

Abso-piggin-lutely, if availability matters to any significant degree.
One supply teed out to all 6? cameras means a fault in any one camera
which causes the power to shut down (in a controlled or uncontrolled
way!) makes all the cameras go dark.

Economics of mass manufacture mean the cheapest way is to buy separate
wall warts and plug them into a single 4-way, 6-way, or whatever mains
block. Any fancier approach, with a central transformer and multiple
downstream regulators, will be either a custom build (easy for an
electronics trade course student to design and knock up) or made for a
'specialist' application - e.g. on-stage gigging. So, over at
www.studiospares.co.uk, under product num 440-950, you'll find a box
with 8 separate 9V outputs, regulated (not *entirely* clear if each
one's 'independently' regulated, but at least each one seems to have
individual short-circuit protection), complete with 8 3-metre leads.
Designed specifically 'for those who despair at the unreliability of
plug top power supplies'. Internal jumpers adjust output polarity.

Oh, the cost? Not stupid, but not trivial: about 70 notes.
