More likely, either:
a) fuel filter is plugged
b) fuel pump is failing

Change the fuel filter first. On most cars, they're cheap - and unless you've
recently changed it, it probably needs changing anyway.

If that doesn't fix the problem, disconnect the fuel line and measure the fuel
pump pressure.
