What part baffles you? We attacked a small country that couldn't even
threaten their neighbors with WMD's instead of a small country that can,
does and will if provoked.
I think this is the baffling part. The entire "where are they"
hunt going on in the desert, when the koreans are all "HEY,
we've got 'em right HERE folks. Get your WMDs, fire sale,
right in our backyard, we have photos, lookie here, we sure
have 'em!!"
