You might be right Mark,
I just do not know for sure. What I do know is that the funds have been
voted down three consecutive times recently and it chaps my ass a little
that this is working out the way it has. Eventually something will have to
give.


ADDITIONAL funds to be taken from the taxpayer were indeed voted down
3 times. And that gives me heart that Joe Sixpack is finally getting
off his ass and saying Enough!!
