Well, then she's obviously ill-suited to the job. I mean if she doesn't
know the traffic patterns in each locale throughout the country... I'll

She asked for my zip code.
There are a whole slew of zips between me and the only place she could
recommend.
She wasn't even in the same city.

I called at 10 am so I suspect I interrupted her coffee and donut break,
thus her attitude.
