I think grizzly and shop fox are owned by the same outfit. The only thing
that is different is the paint color and labels.

I've seen both and I think Shopfox is a step up from Grizzly. Some tool
companies have different lines with varying levels of pricing and
quality.

Grizzly has Shop Fox stuff in their catalog.
I think thats what Dave meant.
