I don't recall that board having a reputation for it, but it is of the
same age as other boards with capacitor problems, so it would be a good
idea to check them...at least give them a simple visual check for
bulging or leaking.
If they are beginning to go faulty, but are not yet too bad, then it
can look like PSU or CPU problems.
