No, if it's not fit for purpose, or of merchantable quality or it breaks
at any time in the next 3 years the OP will get their £20 back.

You most likely wouldn't get your £20 back. You'd get it repaired under
warranty. Unless of course you took them to a small claims court to prove
your point. In which case you could be a lot more down then £20 if you loss
the case.


Do you *seriously* think that somebody would repair a £20 item? It
would cost more than that to process the paperwork and send it.
