IME any flexible saw will do it - I used a standard wickes hardpoint.
Use
a bit of laminate offcut, or a laminate board upside down as a guide for
the
saw height. Works a treat.
Never has for me. Easier to take the door off and trim with a circular saw
against a batten. Or fit rising butt hinges.
