Our recently installed mechanically fastened EPDM roof seems to balloon
up in winds. We live in a high wind area and 7 years ago our torch
down modified bitchumin roof blew off. In addition, the membrane seems
to have shrunk a bit and is pulling away from where it meets a vertical
wall at the flashing. I think the wind is getting in from the wood
fascia board which is installed under a metal edge.
Does anyone know if this is normal?
