I don't bore them with the fact that it took over 4 years and 2000
individually cut and hand finished strips to achieve,
and the result of someone responding,
"Oh you can get the same type of thing in B&Q now"
appears bad for the B+B business.

You can go right off some people but, as you say, business is business.
