This sounds like you have your H's and V's mixed up!

The vertical deflection circuit has to be troubleshooted to find the cause
of the vertical output failure. Simply replacing it is not the proper
answer. There may be defective capacitors, and or other components as well.

I would suggest you give the set out for proper service. To service these
types of problems takes a lot of experience and the proper service set-up to
troubleshoot the set.

Had Horz white line in center of tv replaced Horz output worked for two
days. Also after replacing Horz out when turning on tv it would have
black bars in upper and lower part of screen and a fuzzy white line in
middle with a picture and sound. About 30 sec the picture would pop in
and work fine lines gone and fuzz. Now it is back to Horz white line. I
am thinking Yoke problem. Any other Ideas out there, and thanks
