Looks like you should check yours first G.
OTOH You do have a point about the literacy one it seems.
The US seems to be on the low end of that one (it would
probably be about correct if only Indiana and a few similar
US States was under discussion).

Literacy outside the US seems higher than inside the US.
Probably a lot more wingers inside the US account for it.
