That's (7.4 * 1000 / 60) = 123 litres/min, or 3.7 cubic feet per min.

Apart from nailers (used intermittently) most air tools require at least
4.5 ft^3/min whilst paint sprayers need 6.5 to 7 ft^3/min.

Still, I'm sure a compressor on wheels would impress the neighbours,
even if it might have trouble detaching the skin from a rice pudding.
