I recently went through the same process, and ended up going with the
Oneida commercial 2HP system. Partially because of the duct design they
do (free if you buy a system from them). Take a careful look at the
performance comparisons at each website. I was convinced that Oneida had
the best performing system.

Ain't cheap, but then again lungs aren't either.
