Ra I bought a late 50's model rca victor multi-channel stereophonic high
Ra fidelity turntable that plays all vinyl records. It plays the 78s
Ra perfectly, but nothing else. the turntable does not even turn when the
Ra other speeds are chose. any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Sheila, it's a meachnical problem. The drive wheel isn't moving to the
right level because the grease in the mechanism is probably dried and
the shifting spring is seized. You will need to remove the platter to
access the speed change mechanism.
