Mom called with a Sony TV problem. Pressing local start causes relay to

reinserted. Also noted that remote will not turn TV on but if local on

Power supply is dead, you'll have to get in there and do some
troubleshooting, or take it to a shop, Sony makes a good set and this one
should be relatively easy to repair.
