this microwave trips out a 15 amp breaker after 4-5 minutes.,does
new code
call for dedicated 20 amp line?

What does your use&care manual say?

*Usually* a problem with the unit will trip the breaker right away,
tripping after a while is oftne a weak breaker or undersized or too
many things on the same line.
