A very helpful chap in the technical dept of Invensys identified the
part within the valve head, that I was holding my end of the phone
(in pieces) and informed me that he was rummaging through his
drawer and could see a "whole bunch of 'em".

After taking my address, he said he'd pop one in the post and I'd
have it tomorrow! No charge!

And they say service aint what it used to be....
