They have certainly outdone themselves on this three panel LCD RPTV. (don't
know the mdl # right now).

That sounds like the L50000, the first LCOS light valve unit built. I
understand that they made less than a thousand of them because getting the
nearly perfect prisms they required was more than problematic.

I don't really understand all of your post, but if it is the L50000, then parts
almost certainly aren't available, and TCE will most likely take it back from
the customer on an exchange. Try calling consumer relations.
