like they should be... which may seem fair to you, but it doesn't to me.

*What* paperwork? They just hand the box, exactly as they receive it
over the counter, to Canada post, who then does the entry, does local
delivery and collects any taxes due. USPS does far less than they
would for a domestic delivery.
