Hi,

How about a chrome plated/stainless steel napkin ring? Or cut a
section off an old alloy bike handlebar or seat post with a pipe
cutter and sand and polish the cut end.

Might also be possible to cut the top off a metal candlestick holder
or use the bezel from a halogen micro downlighter.
