Please don't use words like "Baumatic" and "service" in the same
sentence.

I will never ever buy anything from them again. Even one of IMM's cheap
tool suppliers have better ideas of how to deal with customers than them
!

Baumatic customer service really is quite incredibly bad.

washers than other makers for their gas appliances?


Wouldn't surprise me. Ours was a cooker hood and it was obviously quite
literally cobbled together from a heap of parts they just happened to have
lieing around when the order reached them. They then sent it by rowing boat
to the UK where they awaited the next time the Roman fifth legion happened
to be marching north to Chester again.
