That's because you weren't around when the spanish flu happened.


The bubonic plague is the only one I know of that killed a lot of people.
The number killed by coronavirus is negligible.


Over 3 million confirmed deaths. Even scarier, over 162 million confirmed
cases -- and if we go by US stats, about 1/3 of those people have long term
health consequences. I am sure the that is undercounted, but even say just 50
million people with long term health consequences. That matters.
