Ask people to consider their actions and they get all uncomfortable,
whilst not considering the harm it's doing to *others* (as well as
themselves of course).

Mention you agree (with the scientists) that we should all be heading
towards a plant based diet (for a myriad of reasons) and all of a
sudden, *some* people become dieticians and transfixed on what you
eat, when before they didn't seem to GAF?
