p.s. On the '*******' litter sign thing, I've since seen another which
seems to have tried to copy the St Albans one but without the
explanation. eg, It says:

'Don't be a tosser, take your litter home with you ... '

not:

'Why are you tossing your litter here, don't be a tosser ...' etc.
