Considering what construction lumber is going for these days, it is all
less than premium.

Do you have a Restore (Habitat for Humanity) near you. Some have a lot

sell - cheaper than the finest premium lumber. You can't buy what

Well, Woodcraft sells some pretty nice stuff, as does Rockler, and
Highland. If you didn't come from oil money, I'm sure there are
premium wood outlets within 500mi of you.
