The ECHR has found Pontins breached the 2010 Equality Act

Pontins has agreed to change its working practices after disclosure it
had a blacklist of Irish surnames used to screen out bookings for its
holiday parks.

Interesting from a legal point of veiw?

What is interesting is that given it's a business and as such they will
like making money these measures must have had consultation and been
deemed necessary.

Not necessarily, it could just as easily have been
a choice made by a mindless bigot just like the
original ban on blacks, wogs and dogs was.

But nobody is allowed to openly discuss that elephant in the room are
they?

More bull****.
