much more potential for infecting the
recipient with what other viruses the plasma
donor is also infected with and that can be
very serious infections like HIV/AIDS.

PLUS, it boosts the person's individual antibody load to fight covid.

But vaccines do that much better.

An untested vaccine is one thing.

None of the vaccines are untested.

You take your chances as to whether or not you will have a deadly
reaction.

But we know that no one has got that.

Blood plasma with antibodies that target the actual virus is a well known
and effective treatment already.

But vaccination does that much better and
with no risk of getting a virus from the donor.
